What we collect

• What you send us when you order. Orders are taken in a chat on Facebook Messenger or Instagram, not on this site. What you send there is your name, delivery address, phone number, what you ordered, and a payment reference or screenshot. We use it to pack and ship your order, and to answer you.
• What the web server records. Like any website, the server that serves this site keeps standard request logs: your IP address, browser, the page you asked for and the time. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which keeps those logs for its own security and operational purposes.
• What this site does not do. There are no accounts, no newsletter signup, no comment forms, no contact form and no analytics script on this site. The site does not set cookies of its own.

Cookies and advertising

This site does not set cookies of its own and does not use an analytics service. There is nothing to accept for simply reading a page.

Pages on this site may display advertising served by Google AdSense. When an ad is shown, Google and its advertising partners may use cookies or similar identifiers to serve it, to limit how often you see the same ad, and to measure it. Where the law requires it, a consent message asks for your permission before any of that happens.

• To answer your questions before and after you order.

We do not use your information for anything else, and we do not sell it.

Who we share it with

• The courier. J&T Express receives the name, address and phone number needed to deliver your order.
• Our payment channel. GCash, InstaPay or your bank sees the payment details you send, on their own terms.
• Meta. Our conversations happen in Messenger or Instagram, so those messages are also covered by Meta's own privacy policy.
• Google. For advertising, as described above.
• Cloudflare. Hosting and security for this website.

How long we keep it

Order conversations and their details are kept while the order is open and afterwards for as long as we need them for records and for answering follow up questions. When that purpose ends, we delete them. Server logs expire on the hosting provider's own schedule.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Message us and we will do it, unless we are required to keep a record of a sale. You can also opt out of personalised advertising using the links above without contacting us at all.

Children

This site sells food to adults. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

If what we do changes, for example if we add analytics or a newsletter, this page changes with it. The date at the top is the date of the last change.
